  • What is the best placement for my containers?

  • I saw Casella placing both trash and recycling in the same truck. Are the materials being mixed together?

    Great question! On many of our routes, Casella operates what are known as split-body trucks. With a split-body truck, the trash and Zero-Sort recycling are dumped into the same opening on the truck but are separated by different compartments. These modernized vehicles keep the trash and recycling separate and facilitate the collection of both materials on the same trip. 

  • Is there a delay in service for holidays?

    Service schedules may change during holidays due to closures. For the most up-to-date information, visit our holiday schedule page for updates.

  • How do I delete my Casella mobile app account?

    If you use the Casella mobile app and create a profile, you may request deletion of your app account by following the account deletion instructions available within the mobile app or by contacting us at info@casella.com. Account deletion requests submitted through the app may take up to 2 business days to process. Please note that deleting your app account does not automatically cancel active services or payment arrangements managed outside of the app. Customers may manage mobile push notification preferences through their device settings, and any available in-app communication preferences can be managed within the app settings.

  • How do I pay my bill?

    Paying your bill is quick and convenient through our online payment portal. You can make one-time payments, manage your account, view billing history, and enroll in paperless billing.

  • How do I set up autopay?

    You can enroll in AutoPay through our secure online payment portal. AutoPay allows payments to be automatically processed for each billing cycle, so you never miss a payment.

  • What are the fees on my invoice?

    Your invoice may include charges related to service, fuel recovery, environmental fees, or other applicable costs. Visit our fees information page for a detailed explanation of common invoice charges and billing terms.

  • If I cancel my service or place my account on hold prior to the last pickup of the month, will I receive a credit?

    Our billing is monthly so if you have any service during the month you will be billed for the entire month.

  • What is single stream recycling?

    Single stream recycling enables all recyclables - paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, and metal cans to be collected in one container eliminating the need for you to separate recyclables.

    We specialize in the delivery of full truckloads of material to farms, fields, garden centers and construction sites.  earthlife products for home and small business usage are found at a variety of garden and landscape centers throughout New England.  If your local retailer doesn’t carry earthlife, please suggest that they do!
